DISPENSARY SUPERVISOR
Job Description:
A Supervisor is someone who can guide store managers and develop their talent. The right candidate has experience leading stores, ensuring customer satisfaction, and measuring financial performance. The Supervisor aids the General Manager, oversees day-to-day operations of the dispensary and also aids the Bud Tenders on the floor to manage customer complaints and requests. Supervisors will also aid in weekly inventory, security, and cash up. Finally, this position is ultimately responsible for employees’ strict adherence to laws and regulations concerning cannabis.
Education/Experience:
A Supervisor must have retail and customer service experience. Experience in the cannabis industry is highly desirable, but not required. Must be 21 years old and pass a criminal background check.

DETAILS:
Support the store management team to deliver quality customer experiences.
Drives the implementation of company programs by motivating and supporting the store management team to develop and implement plans that meet objectives.
Manages with integrity and honesty.
Reviews store environments and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
Monitors management staffing levels. Ensures management-level partner development and talent acquisition in order to achieve and maintain district operational requirements.
Solicits feedback to understand customer needs and the needs of the community.
Utilizes management information tools and analyzes financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in district performance.
Provide managers with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities on building effective teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
At least 21 years of age.
Ability to manage teams effectively
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Computer operating skills
Must not have been convicted of any felony offense
Marijuana product knowledge highly desirable
Retail experience (5 years)
Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
Retail management experience
Knowledge of retail operations

Ability to pass all required background checks to work with cannabis
