The right candidate demonstrates proficiency, organization, calmness, and attention to detail in a fast-paced retail environment, is resourceful and able to work both independently and with a team, and prioritizes quality and customer service.

A Supervisor is someone who can guide store managers and develop their talent. The right candidate has experience leading stores, ensuring customer satisfaction, and measuring financial performance. The Supervisor aids the General Manager, oversees day-to-day operations of the dispensary and also aids the Bud Tenders on the floor to manage customer complaints and requests. Supervisors will also aid in weekly inventory, security, and cash up. Finally, this position is ultimately responsible for employees’ strict adherence to laws and regulations concerning cannabis.

A General Manager is someone who can guide store managers and develop their talent. The right candidate has experience leading multiple stores, ensuring customer satisfaction, and measuring financial performance. The General Manager oversees day-to-day operations of the dispensary, managing core department managers (Security, Sales, Inventory) and managing all strategies and tasks related to facilities, accounting, sales and marketing, and public relations. He or she has financial responsibility for the P&L and is responsible for successful strategy execution.  The General Manager provides leadership to all departments throughout the facility. He or she keeps tight control of the senior management-approved budget and oversees operations according to established policies and procedures. This staff member is ultimately responsible for overall building appearance, cleanliness, comfort, functionality, safety, security, and overall customer experience.
Finally, this position is ultimately responsible for employees’ strict adherence to laws and regulations concerning cannabis.

The ideal candidate for our Bud Trimmer positions demonstrates a high attention to detail, strong work ethic, ability to work well on a team, and a creative eye for presentation and aesthetic. Bud Trimmer hours are variable with harvesting cycles, and they are responsible for quality control throughput of cannabis plant raw products.

The Cultivation Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of compliance as it relates to state law and internal practices within the context of the grow facility. Candidate will have a strong working knowledge of existing state laws as they relate to the cultivation of cannabis. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records in the compliance system of all aspects of cultivation from seed-to-harvest, including: monitoring the addition and subtraction of plants to the facility, tracking plants through various stages of growth, ensuring all plants are physically tagged with appropriate barcodes, making sure waste is monitored, weighed and tagged for destruction, making sure all harvests are in compliance, making sure post-harvest inventory practices are accurate and in compliance. In addition the Cultivation Compliance Manager will make sure all individuals within the cultivation facility follow proper rules and protocols as it relates to both compliance and security.

The Cultivation Environment Manager will oversee cultivation facility equipment, facility sanitation and general maintenance needs. This individual will monitor grow environments and monitor the operation of equipment to maintain optimal growing conditions.

Cultivation Technician applicants will be trained to have a general working knowledge of all practical aspects of the cannabis growing process including but not limited to the following: plant propagation(cloning), transplanting, plant pruning, pest identification, pesticide application, nutrient mixing and application, foliar feeding, sanitary best practices, harvesting and curing, and general plant health knowledge. This individual will also be well versed in compliance, safety and security best practices both with respect to the states requirements and in-house guidelines and standards.

The ideal candidate for our Head Grower position will be capable of overseeing all aspects of the growing process from cloning through curing and has both practical cannabis cultivation experience and a strong theoretical understanding of plant physiology, nutrient regimens, cloning and propagation, greenhouse environmental control, as well as cannabis harvesting and curing knowledge.
