BUD TRIMMER

Job Description:

The ideal candidate for our Bud Trimmer positions demonstrates a high attention to detail, strong work ethic, ability to work well on a team, and a creative eye for presentation and aesthetic. Bud Trimmer hours are variable with harvesting cycles, and they are responsible for quality control throughput of cannabis plant raw products.

Experience

Candidates must be 21 years old and be able to pass a criminal background check (cannabis-only criminal backgrounds are ok).

Description of work:

• Wet trimming: Defoliating fan leaves and light management.

• Accurate measurement of wet weights for compliance and transparency.

• Maintaining cleanliness and sterile environments to prevent disease..

• Quality control.

• Working with management and supervisors to ensure an efficient, high quality and enjoyable operation.

• Post trim processing.

• Scope of work is not limited to this description.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Knowledge and familiarity with Cannabis.

• Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity.

• 21 years of age or older

• Ability to work within a team and without.

• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Must not have been convicted of any felony offense.

• Organization and planning skills

• Ability to build relationships

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

• Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale.
