CULTIVATION ENVIRONMENT MANAGER

Job Description:

The Cultivation Environment Manager will oversee cultivation facility equipment, facility sanitation and general maintenance needs. This individual will monitor grow environments and monitor the operation of equipment to maintain optimal growing conditions.

Experience:

• Candidates must be 21 years old and be able to pass a criminal background check (cannabis-only criminal backgrounds are ok).

• Management Experience(preferred)

Description of work:

• Monitor facility grow environments and equipment:

  • HVAC

  • Lighting

  • Reverse Osmosis and Water Softener

  • Reservoirs and Pumps

  • CO2 generation

  • Cultivation tools

• Monitor general facility sanitation and cleanliness.

• Schedule and oversee maintenance and sanitation on a consistent schedule.

• Oversee organization of facility equipment, tools and disposables.

• Make sure materials are organized and safety protocols are followed where necessary.

• Working with management and supervisors to ensure an efficient, high quality and enjoyable operation. Scope of work is not limited to this description.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Excellent computer, arithmetic, language, and reasoning skills.

• Knowledge and familiarity with Cannabis.

• Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity.

• 21 years of age or older

• Demonstrated passion for serving the cannabis community.

• Ability to work within a team and without.

• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Must not have been convicted of any felony offense.

• Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.

• Organization and planning skills

• Ability to build relationships

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

• Ability to lift 60lb.
